Le Bel Ete

LE BEL ETE from Vanessa Bruno on Vimeo.

I haven't shared a fashion video in quite a while, but this beautiful piece starring Lou Doillon really caught my eye. Vanessa Bruno, the Parisian designer, worked alongside director Stephanie Di Giusto to create this short fun film which is described as a 'three-measure visual poem'.

Le Bel Ete, translating to The Beautiful Summer, is said to be made of 'three tempos expressing the movement of a garment'. I think these three divisions are quite apparent in the film and the child like energy and laughter living quite vividly in Lou Doillon.

I just enjoy watching this, it brings a smile to my face, and whether it's because of the lack of hard selling, or the truly loveable Doillon, but I hope you enjoy this as much as I do :)

  1. Ugghhhh, I know literally EVERYONE hates these comments but I would appreciate some support.

I'm Zoe & I'm 12 but don't just jump to the conclusion I'm bad - just give my blog a go (ignore the bad design I'm having it professionally redone).

My dream is to have a successful beauty & fashion blog, also don't think I get my followers like this, I occasionally leave these sorts of comments. JUST GIVE ME A GO (and maybe a comment and follow too haha).

I can guarantee that if you give me a chance which no one else does, then you'll be happily pleased.

    Zoe xx

  2. This is so lovely! I can't stop watching it! ahaha xx
