Leather Jacket: Topshop / Skirt: H&M NYC / Dress (worn as top): GAP ages ago / Shoes: Red Herring / Belt: Accessorize
My leather jacket looks quite odd here, like it's too big and just hagging off me. It doesn't usually look like that you can see here! I wear it all the time, it's so easy to layer over an outfit and pretty much goes with everything in my wardrobe, so it's probably got a bit misshapen! I bought this grey jersey dress ages ago from GAP in the sale. It's quite slouchy so really easy to wear and layer. I love the button detailing coming down from the neckline at the front, makes it a bit more interesting! I haven't got round to posting all the things I bought in New York, so here's the skirt I bought from H&M! The clothes are cheaper there, but you have to pay tax on everything when you pay at the till, so it only adds up to be a few £'s cheaper than in the UK.
I've had a very productive week so far, met all of my deadlines and had a break through with a new photography idea for my summer exam. It was so summery today that a couple of friends and I spent the afternoon in a cute cafe where we ate tea and cake and chatted about how summery it was (will post photos tomorrow). I love how I didn't have to put on lots of layers for this outfit as it was warm enough to take off my jacket and have bare arms! Pretty sure we've all jinxed it now and it will get super cold next week.
Happy 1st of March!
